Bench Press - 3x6x110 lbs (32.5 lbs each side)

Dumbell Shoulder Press - 20lbs x 8 reps

Ab Crunch Machine - 3 x 8 x 60 lbs


First workout for summer:

Bench Press -  3 x 7 x 95 lbs (25 lbs each side)

BB Bicep Curl - 2 x 8 x 35 lbs, 1 x 6 x 40 lbs
