Worked out again today, was a good long workout. Here's what I did:

Walking - 10 min (just to get ready)
Bicycling - 6 min

Lifting:

Back-
Pull Ups - 8, 5
DB Row - 3 x 8 x 45 lbs
Lat Pulldown - 3 sets

Biceps-
Bicep BB Curl - 50 lbs for 2 sets, 40 lbs for 1 set, 30 lbs for 1 superset

Then after a basketball game for about 20 minutes. Hip still hurts though, so couldn't play much.

Haven't updated in a few days due to moving back to school, lot of distractions and things throwing me off my  recently since moving here :\ .. But I have still continued to lift and tried to stay focused despite them.. Here is a another comparison shot of me taken yesterday after moving back to school:

Before: 107 lbs                             After: 136 lbs
Am happy with how much the human body is capable of changing shape and size if fed properly with enough work put in.. I may not have a six-pack now, but that's not my goal at the moment, I will focus on getting that once I gain enough muscle mass to cut the fat off. 

Also I did a workout with some friends today, here's what I did:

Chest: 
Bench Press- 135 lbs x 5 reps, 125 lbs x 8 reps, 125 lbs x 5 reps
Cable Flys - 3 sets
Assisted Dips - 1 set

Triceps:
Skull Crushers - 3 sets with light weight 
Tricep Rope Pulldown -  3 sets of 8 reps, heavy weight

Pretty good workout I think, will continue updating soon

End of Summer Progress Pictures

Just posting some progress pictures after nearly 3.5 months of consistently lifting and dieting. I am 135.5 lbs in the current pictures. Any before pictures are on the left, current ones on the right.

Summer of Lifting Progress

Currently in final week of lifting in the Summer (Week 15 of 15), my progress as of today starting at beginning of summer:

Total Time: 15 weeks

Weight -
            Start: 117.6 lbs
            Now:  135.5 lbs (+17.9 lbs)

Arms -
            Start: 12 inches
            Now:  13.25 inches

Bench Press (Touching chest) -
            Start: 95 lbs x 10
            Now:  135 lbs x 5

Squat -
            Start: 115 lbs x 8
            Now:  195 lbs x 5

Squat would be higher but injured hip flexor so stopped doing squats for a month. School starts next week, will continue lifting there and updating progress.

Introduction

Just opened up this blog to keep a log of my workouts and post progress pictures and stats as I continue lifting! I have been lifting for 15 weeks straight now over the summer. I have many goals and I plan to aim high, in time I may share what some of these goals are.

School starts next Monday, so hopefully I don't falter with my diet and lifting routine.

Will post some progress pictures and body stats soon.
