Introduction

Just opened up this blog to keep a log of my workouts and post progress pictures and stats as I continue lifting! I have been lifting for 15 weeks straight now over the summer. I have many goals and I plan to aim high, in time I may share what some of these goals are.

School starts next Monday, so hopefully I don't falter with my diet and lifting routine.

Will post some progress pictures and body stats soon.

  1. You need to post pictures, and stats of your body by measuring it. That way you can track the progress...if there is any or not!
