Worked out again today, was a good long workout. Here's what I did:

Walking - 10 min (just to get ready)
Bicycling - 6 min

Lifting:

Back-
Pull Ups - 8, 5
DB Row - 3 x 8 x 45 lbs
Lat Pulldown - 3 sets

Biceps-
Bicep BB Curl - 50 lbs for 2 sets, 40 lbs for 1 set, 30 lbs for 1 superset

Then after a basketball game for about 20 minutes. Hip still hurts though, so couldn't play much.
