Work Log - July 31st

Squat
Set 1 - 200 lbs x 5 reps
Set 2 - 200 lbs x 5 reps
Set 3 - 195 lbs x 5 reps

Haven't squatted in 9 days, 200 lbs was pretty tiring for me but 195 lbs felt a lot easier. Inshallah I'll improve on this soon
